Return & Refund Policy
We want you to love your table — and we stand behind our work.

Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged or with a manufacturing defect, we’ll take care of everything. Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at christian@oakash.com with photos of the damage and your order number. We’ll arrange repair, replacement, or a full refund as appropriate — including covering all shipping and delivery costs.

Change of Mind Returns
If you decide the piece isn’t the right fit, we’re happy to accept a return within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:
 • Items must be in original condition (unused, uninstalled, and undamaged)
 • Items must be returned in original or comparable protective packaging

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll process your refund.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know whether your refund is approved.

If approved, your refund will be automatically issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it can take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

If more than 15 business days have passed since your return was approved and you haven’t received your refund, please contact us at christian@oakash.com.

Natural Variations
Because we work with real wood, natural variations in grain, color, knots, and character are part of what makes each piece unique and are not considered defects.
